Practitioner Reflection form

The Practitioner Reflection form enables osteopaths to rate their own perceptions of person-centred care using the CARE measure. In particular, the resource helps osteopaths to reflect on their shared decision-making skills and aspects of care relating to patient values, needs, preferences and what matters or is important to patients.
