As we all know, what happens to the mother in pregnancy has an effect on the growing foetus and, as osteopaths, we are often called on to treat problems arising after the child is born. This most interesting course will provide delegates with a greater understanding of what these problems are and how they occur and will give an insight into how we can deal with the issues facing us.
About the speaker:
Professor Willard is a world-renowned lecturer in anatomy and neuroanatomy. Working at the New England Osteopathic Medical School in Biddeford Maine USA, he has been foremost in transforming the osteopath’s view of anatomy, applied anatomy and neuroanatomical pathways and the endocrine immune response.
His work has enabled osteopaths to realise how and why osteopathic medicine works and also to realise that A T Still was way ahead of his time in seeing the inter-relationship of structures.
